3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The qq22r welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount—

• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 24,000 Ks → balance 44,000 Ks → wagering required: 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks.
• Example 2: Deposit 840,000 Ks → receive bonus 500,000 Ks → balance 1,340,000 Ks → wagering required: 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.

4.3 Situations Where Bonus Eligibility May Be Forfeited

• Registration with inaccurate information is found upon verification
• Bonus abuse is found
• Multiple accounts opened by the same person are found upon verification
• The bonus period expires before the wagering requirement is met

4.4 VIP Membership Cashback

qq22r has 5 VIP tiers ranging from Bronze to Diamond — as you move up, your guaranteed cashback rates improve—

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier promotions and demotions are determined by qq22r based on each player's playing pattern, activity level, and total wagering amount.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Results

Football betting, live casino games, and slots results are based on qq22r's server records. If there is any discrepancy between the server records and what is displayed on a player's device, the server records will be considered accurate.

5.2 Game Interruption

If a disconnection, server issue, or device malfunction occurs during gameplay, the game result will be reviewed and resolved based on the server records.

5.3 Football Betting

Football matches and odds may change without prior notice. If a match is cancelled or delayed, qq22r will handle it in accordance with its football betting policy.

5.4 Fair Play

qq22r uses SSL encryption and a game betting verification system to ensure fair play for all players. Accounts of players found to be intentionally exploiting software bugs may be suspended immediately.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq22r platform—

• Gambling with borrowed money (Loan-funded gambling)
• Bonus abuse — depositing back bonus funds to complete wagering requirements
• Match fixing or colluding with others to manipulate results
• Using gambling activity for money laundering purposes

9.3 Withdrawal of Funds After Closure

In closure cases with no legal restrictions, any remaining balance will be returned to the player after all reviews are completed. Bonus funds cannot be returned.
